Hi expert,

THERM pin is a bi-directional IO, do we need to do anything to configure it as input or output?

What will be the voltage level when it is left floating?

When using software DCY to control PWM, do we need to pull up this pin?

Thanks

Sheldon

  • Hi Sheldon,

    Below is my feedback

THERM pin is a bi-directional IO, do we need to do anything to configure it as input or output?

Yes it is bi-directional.  By default you can use it as either as an input or an output.

What will be the voltage level when it is left floating?

This is a open-drain pin that needs a pull up resistor to function correctly. Please do not float pin

When using software DCY to control PWM, do we need to pull up this pin?

Yes, you need to pull-up this pin for normal operation.

    Thanks,
