HI, there:
Did you install the 32bit MATLAB RUNTIME engine as suggested in the user's guide?
Best,
Zigang
Hi Zigang,
thank you for your reply.
Yes, we did install the Matlab RE, more specificly version 8.5.1 as suggested by the manual.
Starting radar studio does not need any hardware to be connected. Are you download the latest software version 02_01_00_00 from the link below?

And the same time, I can forward your error message to the design team.
Best,
Zigang
HI,
Here is the feedback from our design team:
I have never seen this error previously. Looks like something stored in the cache is giving some trouble.
Please ask the customer to delete the RSTD folder as a whole present in his C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming location. Also ask them to launch it as an administrator. Might help.
Best,
Zigang
HI,
Can you confirm whether the suggestion solves your problem or not?
Best,
Zigang
Hi Zigang,
I am sorry, but this did not solve the problem.
We tried to install on another PC as well, that succeeded, but we would need it to work on this system too.
Can you reinstall radar studio and reinstall the matlab runtime library?
Best,
Zigang
Hi Zigang,
we did try to reinstall the components, without any luck.
I believe that the special characters in the user folder path might cause the problem, however, it is not possible for us to change that easily.
For now, thank you for your help, the need for mmWave Studio from our part is obsolete now.
