Can you please check if the customer has the firewall enabled ? It looks like something is blocking the opening of the Ethernet interface.

Hi Raghu,

The customer turned off the firewall and anti-virus software and still reported the same error!

The MMWCAS-DSP-EVM + MMWCAS-RF-EVM board is used. The FPGA code has not been programmed after the demo board came back. Will this affect the opening of the network port?

Is there any update for above follow-up question?

The network port is connected, and the GUI data is set to 1 1 0 0 1. Matlab does not show up, as if no data can be received.

Hi Annie

Can the customer press 'p' in the UART console to see if the usecase is running in the first place. You should see that there are frames being received and processed if there is a non zero FPS value in the logs.

I have the same problem with the current ping target demo board IP not working (target board static IP:192.168.1.200) and then running radar_cascade_demo error!How was the problem solved?Who can help me?

PS: I am using CCS9.2 downloaded IPU_0 / IPU_1 / DSP1 / EVE1 / EVE2 / EVE3 / EVE4, according to the static IP for 192.168.1.200, but unable to ping!

Am I setting it right? Where do I need to set it?
