Are you able to link me to a Chirp database that will enable me to optimize sensing distance for this 1443 dev kit at about 10 feet? I am not concerned with velocity or angle of arrival.

Please refer to MMWAVE-SENSING-ESTIMATOR (https://dev.ti.com/gallery/view/1792614/mmWaveSensingEstimator/ver/1.3.0/) .This tool provides you with the required chirp design for the selected device for the required range and other system parameters.
