IWR6843: Can iwr6843aop run the people counting demo?

I only have IWR6843AOP. Can I do the People Counting experiment?Or must IWR6843AOP be installed on mmwaveicboost?

and What demo experiments can IWR6843AOP do?

    Hi Akash，

    I used Uniflash to download the 3D_people_count_68xx_demo.bin program to IWR6843AOP, and successfully connected to IWR6843AOP using mmWave_People_Counting_GUI.

    But after sending configuration, there is no any other output into display area.

    So I guess  it's because I didn't use MMWAVEICBOOST.

    Is my guess right?

    Is there any way to only use IWR6843AOP to do People Counting demo?

    Hi User,

    The AOP board is an ES1 device, and the demo only works with ES2 devices. If you want to run on ES1, you can recompile with SDK 3.2.x.  You will have to deal with a few errors that come up during compilation as the function calls have changed from SDK 3.2 to 3.3
