AWR1243: What is the "high RCS chirp configuration"?

Part Number: AWR1243
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: IWR1443,

The Application Report "mmWave Radar Sensors: Object Versus Range" (www.ti.com/.../swra593.pdf) gives a table on page 2 that lists ranges to different types of objects:

Footnote (1) says "xWR1443 using high RCS chirp configuration. Below, the document says "TBD cover usage of an IWR1443 with low RCS and high RCS chirp configurations to generate the remaining entries for the object versus range table."

What is the "high RCS chirp configuration"?

Thanks.
