Hello,

The junction temperature can be calculated from the case temperature by knowing the thermal resistance and power consumption. Could you explain the method of calculation you are following?

Tj = Tc（125.6℃）+ W（1.3451）×PsiJT junction to package(0.38 ℃/ W）

Tj = 126.1℃　※measured value

but ,The average temperature of the internal temperature sensor is 137.1 ° C.

Which one should I refer to?
