mmWave Demo Visualizer run time library issue

I have connected the 60 GHz AOP EVM with my Windows OS and opened the mmWave Demo Visualizer. While configuring the USB Serial CFG and DATA port, it shows me the following error as shown in the screenshot below:

The below is the screenshot of device manager COM ports that are detected by the OS.

Thank you for posting this. I have just downloaded the same visualizer and Gui Composer Runtime 7.2.0 and I was not able to replicate your error.

Have you been able to use the standard online AoP Visualizer?

Can you  confirm you have completely closed the online visualizer when you are running the off-line version?

Are there any other open programs that might be using the ports on your IWR6843AOPEVM?

I haven't tried the online version. Instead, I have installed the Visualizer with GUI Composer Runtime 7.0.0 and it works without any issues.

There are no other programs in my host system using the ports.

The issue with version 7.2.0 is same in few other system my colleagues have tried.

Can you confirm you are seeing the same result in the online visualizer?

Can you provide more information about the PC system you and your colleagues are using? Do you have full administrator privileges on your system?
