HDC2080: Regarding Soldering Temperature Profile of Temperature Sensor

We are going to use this Sensor in our project. Please provide soldering Temperature Profile which includes, Peak minimum temp. on IC, Ramp up Rate,Time above Liquidus and soak Time .

Also provide us soldering profile graph.

Hi bhawana,

HDC2080 has a MSL and Peak Temp rating of Level-1-260C-UNLIM. The solder profile for this rating is described in the document MSL Ratings and Reflow Profiles http://www.ti.com/lit/an/spraby1a/spraby1a.pdf

Additionally, there is an applications note which discusses special handling considerations for humidity sensors titled Humidity Sensor: Storage and Handling Guidelines. http://www.ti.com/lit/an/snia025/snia025.pdf
