IWR6843ISK: TX setting for using DCA1000

Hi,

I get raw data usingiwr6843isk with dca1000. And i have some questions.

1. Can i use tx1,2,3 at the same time?

2. When i use two tx antennas, what is the difference with using tx 1,2 and using tx2,3? (tx2 is the middle of the antennas)

I want to know the effect when I use tx2 .

Hi,

IF you want to use TX beamforming, you can check our TX beamforming document at:

dev.ti.com/.../node

The document mentioned how you can calculate the phase shifter value based on your desired steering angle. It also cover the case of enable TX2 assuming you only care about the elevation angle close to zero.
