Hello,

A customer has requested the following bare PCB fabrication information for IWR6843ISK-ODS (PROC075) mmWave module:

Detailed final PCB board stack-up from the fabrication house showing each final layer thickness
The final impedance report from the fabrication house.
What is the acceptable dimension tolerance for the mmWave antenna pattern?

They found this information for the ISK module but not the ISK-ODS module.

Hi Nick,

For the detailed final PCB board stack-up and each final layer thickness is shown in the below link.

You could find this information in the Altium design package (In the Layout section) from the EVM page in the below link.
