I would like to know if there is a roadmap for the AWR family that includes an AoP (Antenna on Package).

We need automotive grade and really small form factor.

We have AWR1843AoP planned around Q3 this year which will be a small form factor board.

And when is the programmed availability for the production units?

As I recall, IWR6843AOP is not available yet.
