Hi Steven,

Please make sure you have no other programs that are using the port in question.

Also please make sure you have changed the on-board switches so you are in functional mode.

Does anything show up in the visualizer console when you press the on-board reset button or the visualizer "SEND CONFIG TO MMWAVE DEVICE" button?
