AWR1243: [AWR1243P] 20 GHz SYNC OUT/IN specification

Part Number: AWR1243

 Hello,

I’m looking Cascade radar board design. The documents I’m referring are:

- Application Report, “AWR1243 Cascade”, 4 20 GHz LO Sync Link Budget

http://www.ti.com/lit/an/swra574a/swra574a.pdf

- Datasheet for AWR1243/P, 5.7 RF Specification

http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/awr1243.pdf

In order to check how many slave devices we can provide 20 GHz LO from master device, I would like to know SYNC OUT/IN signal power.

I see following value in Datasheet.

(1)    20 GHz SYNC OUT signal: Output Power = 7 dBm (TYP)

(2)    20 GHz SYNC IN signal: Input Power 1 dBm (TYP)

Both are typical value. How do we consider MIN/MAX value?

Regards,

-Shibata
