AWR1243: POH of mmWave sensor devices

Hello,

I’m looking AWR1243 data sheet , ”5.3 Power-On Hours (POH)”.

In this table we see percentage value along with POH hour like below:

600 (6%)

2000 (20%)

I’m unable to find any description about that

What does the percentage value mean?

Hello Shibata ,

The POH table is an example usecase where the device goes through multiple temperature ranges. The value of the hours corresponding to the temperature is the assumption made in the use case. So in that example a total POH of 10000 hrs is guaranteed with the split in hours mentioned in the table.

How can we calculate POH under different condition, say 30% duty cycle @ 55C temperature?

Hello Shibata San,

The POH cannot be directly calculated. But since you are looking at a mid temperature of 55C or so, it would be roughly around 10000 hours itself.
