I use iwr6843isk with dca1000, and i set short range configuration in people tracking and counting.
In TI document, it is presented like below.
i don't know how range resolution and maximum range are calculated.
In theoretical case,
1. range resolution : C/2B => (3*10^8) / (2 * 2713.66*10^6) = 5.53(cm)
2. maximum range : FsC/2S => (2.5*10^6 * 3*10^8) / (2 * 53*(10^6/10^-6)) = 7.07(m)
and number of range bin :128 , so 128(range bin) * 5.53(range resolution) = 7.07(m) : it is clear in theoretical calculation.
However, maximum range is 6.3m and range resolution is 5.5cm in TI document. but 128*5.5 = 7.07m is not same with 6.3m.
Why maximum range is 6.3m ? and what range resolution in this case? I want to know calculation process in this case !!
