I have 2 questions:

  • Do we need a DEVPACK to run RadarStudio? Can I just use the AWR1243BOOST and DCA1000EVM as a standalone for programming the chirps in the 1243?
  • Can we implement BPM coding in the Transmits using the DCA1000EVM alone?

    Hi Rahul,

    1) DCA1000EVM can be used for device programming and to capture the adc data. Whereas DevPack can be used only for programming/configure the device.

    2) You can use mmWave Studio to configure the device (AWR1243) for required BPM codes where AWR1243 should be connected with DCA1000EVM. 

    DCA1000EVM acts as a bridge b/w AWR1243 and PC for SPI communication and LVDS transfer.
