Hello,

 

In the document tiduen5.pdf “Design Guide: TIDEP-01012”, 3.1 Antenna Configuration, it is mentioned that there are 86 virtual antennas in azimuth direction.

And actually there are more than 86 virtual antennas and some of them are overlapped.

I would like to know if these overlapped antennas are used in MIMO demo application or not.

If used, please let me know how these are used? What is the purpose/benefit?
