Hi Expert,

Is the capacitance between terminals of FDC2214 reversible to temperature change?

Is the temperature change rate the same for each channel?

    Temperature drift impacts:

    - reference oscillator (either internal or external)

    - external components (capacitors and inductors)

    - capacitive sensor

    If the same components are used across all channels, then they should have a similar temperature drift. So one channel could be used as a reference.
