CCS/IWR6843: Soft reset dss

Hi,

I tried to set MSS_TOPRCM.SOFTSYSRST = 0xAD. But It didn't work.

On this website, AWR16XX does not support this. Is the same with the IWR68XX?

And how can I reset dss without external i/o signal?

Hello,

Warm reset by writing 0xAD to SOFTSYSRST works on IWR6843. However, as mentioned in the above thread, please note the following:

You need to write this register from the application. Writing the register from CCS memory window (i.e. JTAG) will not work.: https://e2e.ti.com/support/sensors/f/1023/p/816030/3023359#3023359
This does not work on HS version of the device (i.e. secure device). : https://e2e.ti.com/support/sensors/f/1023/p/816030/3057085#3057085
