We do not publicly release any raw data from our testing. The specifications you see in the datasheet are resulting from testing (which includes HAST).

If you have a specific customer need that we can address over email or conference call, please email me at josh.wyatt@ti.com.

⇒Sorry, I want data like Qualification summery not raw data.

This part is not fully released yet, still in preview mode as you will see on ti.com, therefore the Qual Summary is not loaded onto ti.com yet. If you have a specific customer need that we can address over email or conference call, please email me at josh.wyatt@ti.com.
