Hi Josh,

How does TMP100 differ from TMP100MDBVREP, which is the one I’m after, data sheet included. I suppose the generic part number is TMP100-ep vs just TMP100 and the ThetaJC information is not on its data sheet.

Thanks for clarifying - so the datasheet is older version - and the mold compounds used in the packaging are different between regular/-Q1 and the -EP version. So we will get the thermal model from an internal team generated (I will submit the request today) and provide. It will probably take until next week.

no - we will not be changing this datasheet at this time. I would suspect that TJ max is 150C, since operating max is 125C.
