There is no problem right now.

In the future, I would like to know how to replace the HDC2080 if a component failure occurs.
Parts are assumed to be defective when temperature and humidity cannot be read correctly.

Dear Inoue-san,

If all other factors are ruled out - firmware, board layout, etc. see FAQ's here : https://e2e.ti.com/search?q=hdc2080&category=forum&faq=true

then the removal and replacement of the IC, would be in accordance with removing/replacing any other similar surface mount device.
