TIDEP-01012: Streaming Data from DSP and Cascaded 2243 4-Chip Board

Part Number: TIDEP-01012
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AWR2243

Hi,

I have the AWR2243 4-Chip version of the TIDEP-01012 RF-EVM and also TIDEP-01012 DSP-EVM. I want to be able to continuously pull captured data from the radar board and push it through the DSP to a host PC via ethernet. I have been able to successfully do this through mmWaveStudio or provided cascade_Capture LUA scripts, but I am looking to provide range measurements in real-time from the radar board to a system running on an external host PC.

From other forums posts, I have seen similar questions whos answer's seem to point to using a different DSP-EVM board (TIDEP-01017) instead. It was noted that they are the same hardware but different software.

Which is the correct SDK package for being able to stream the data in real-time using the 01012 DSP I currently have? Does it support the AWR2243 radar chips, and if not then is there a plan to develop a similar SDK package that would allow me to flash the proper software onto my DSP to achieve my goal?

Thanks,

Jake
