OPT9221: Reset sequence after RESETZ is asserted

I need some information regarding the reset sequence. The information I need is listed below:

1) To reset the OPT9221, what should the voltage/level of RESETZ be (High or Low)?

2) How long should the RESETZ signal be held asserted?

3) After the RESETZ is de-asserted/deactivated/released, what sequence of signals should I look for to detect that the device is ready? Any kind of timing diagram will be very helpful
