Hello,

I got the LDC1101 EVM,today.

I tried running LDC1101 GUI in Administrator mode,but it can't connect EVM Board

Please suggest me a solution.

Hello User,

I am sorry to hear that you have connectivity issues.

The LDC1101 GUI is sensitive to the labview installation. If you have already installed the software as an administrator I recommend you follow the steps in the thread and review if this can address the issue. Can you also please try this on another PC ? Thanks.

I already followed the steps,and tried it on another PC.

The problem problems still remained.

Thanks for getting back to us.

There is another thread related to the LDC1101 EVM. Upon installation of the patch file there seems to be an indication it has fixed the issue. https://e2e.ti.com/support/sensors/f/1023/t/686041?LDC1101-LDC1101-EVM-GUI-issue-with-Windows-10 The issue with the LDC1101 is a contribution of several things. Can you refer to this thread and follow installation procedure and give it a try and let us know if this addressed your issue ?
