Would you please provide the ESD ratings of HBM and CDM for AMC6821-Q1? Since I don't find it in the AMC6821 datasheet.

The AMC6821-Q1 HBM and CDM were tested in accordance with AEC test specs AEC Q100-002 and AEC Q100-011 respectively.
