ProfileCfg controls the phase shift, there is a setting for each Tx.
ChirpCfg controls when a Tx is used. This is a multiplexed argument: chirpCfg 1 1 0 0 0 0 0 4 indicates the device will use Tx 3 when running this chirp, chirpCfg 1 1 0 0 0 0 0 5 indicates the device will use Tx 1 and Tx 3.
