Hi Josh,

The thermal information does not contain the junction temperature data. I am taking one example from TLV62569 datasheet below:

Dear Andy -

The self heating of this device is so minimal that the max functional temperature is more or less the same as what the Tj operating max. is.

Practically, though - is there a reason you are asking about that? This is an %RH sensor too - so I am curious how you might be / are thinking about using the part at a high temperature.
