Does the Configuration command in console messages send to MSS? What's the receive API?

    Yes, the command console messages sent to MSS through UART communication. With regards to the CLI command API here are some resources you will find useful:

    1. mmWave Visualizer User's Guide:

    2. mmWave SDK User's Guide:

    Assuming that you have downloaded the SDK to C:/ti or some other root directory;  a PDF of the User's Guide for the SDK is located at:

    C:\ti\mmwave_sdk_03_03_00_03\docs

    Specifically look at section 3.4.
