Have you tried the latest version of uniflash?

Please uninstall your current Uniflash and reinstall using the latest version found here: http://www.ti.com/tool/download/UNIFLASH

Please make sure you install it to the C:\ti directory

There may be problems with you installing it to the D:\ directory
