Hello Ibrahim,
After what step in the calibration do you see the error? The most likely reason is that there is something incorrect in the configuration file. Can you share the configuration file you used for this calibration?
Thanks,
Hello Scott,
I get the error after activating OWI in "Guided Calibration". The Calibration file is in the attachment.
Thanks,

Hi Ibrahim,
It looks like the problem is in the configuration file. You currently have your Calibration Mode set to 3P-1T. However, for your Temperature Points and your Pressure Points you have 4 points each. If you would like to use 4 temperature and 4 pressure points, you should set the calibration mode to 4P-4T.
Additionally, for the DAC data, you only have 3 output points. Typically you would use 4 points if you have 4 pressure points. Each DAC data point will correspond to one of your pressure points. If the number of points is mismatched you will not be able to perform the calibration.
Regads,
Hi Scott,
I take same error. Please can you help me? What do you think?
Even I get the same error in my old calibration files.

Hi Ibrahim,
What version of the GUI do you have? The version on the PGA300 page is the latest, and it should include the following calibration setting files, which will work with the GUI.
Regards,
Hi Ibrahim,
That is the latest GUI version. The configuration files have their own version number, so it will not necessarily correspond with the PGA300 GUI version. Were you able to try the configuration files I included in my last post?
Thanks,
I've tried. But the situation is unsuccessful, I get the same error again.
I'm using Win10. Can be this problem ?
I think it shouldn't be but I wanted to make sure.
Best Regards,
Hi Ibrahim,
The version of windows should not affect this as long as the GUI is running normally otherwise. If you select a calibration file, and change anything in the GUI, then save it again and reload it, does the problem continue?

Hi Ibrahim,
I'm happy to review a circuit diagram for you. If you prefer not to share your schematic publicly please add me as a friend on E2E and send it in a private message.
Regards,
Hi Ibrahim,
Not all of that is strictly necessary for the PGA300 to work, however the components highlighted are important for EMI immunity and in order to pass IEEE testing. For reference, please see this current output reference design which was tested to the IEEE 61000-4 standard using essentially the same protection scheme as is shown in the diagram you posted. https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/tiduae1/tiduae1.pdf?ts=1591390755446&ref_url=https://www.ti.com/tool/TIDA-00788
The clamping diodes help limit overvoltage in surge situations, and the series resistance can limit the input current. At the bare minimum I would include the decoupling capacitors C8 and C4, as well as the resistor R4. However, I do recommend changing some of the values, especially if the design will be used in a current output application.
I recommend lowering R4 to 100ohms, and lowering C4 to 10nF. With the larger values shown in your diagram, OWI communication can be affected at higher data rates, making it difficult to communicate with the device.
Regards,
Yes,
The same problem is continue. I tried same calibration file in Win7. And the problem is same. But I tried on the Win8. The result is succesful
Can you inform me about this? How relevant are the calibration files to the versions of windows?
Best Regards,
Yes unfortunately, the problem is continue. Can you do teamviewer connection with my computer for solve problem please ?
Best Regards,
Hi Ibrahim,
This may be related to the .NET Framework version that you have. Your Windows 7 installation may not have included version 3.5 of the .NET Framework, which will be needed to run the GUI.
You can check which versions are included by looking in the following directory: C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework
If you don't have version 3.5, install that and see if that allows the GUI to run properly.
