Where can I get the reference design of this 23mm x 22mm board of using IWR1843?

Hi,

The IC for the IWR6843AOP is not currently available publicly, so even if you designed your board you would not be able to assemble it at this point.

Can you please provide some more information on why you need the design file?

We are planning to build a sensor from IWR1843. It's believed it has similar design of IWR6843. If the IWR1843 board size can be minimized to this, it would be perfect.

Just to be clear the 23x23 EVM in the picture you reference is not the the IWR1843, its also not the IWR6843. It is the IWR6843AOP, the antenna on package device i.e the antenna is on the package of the IC.

You cannot minimize the antenna on PCB board by placing the antenna on the package, they are two different ICs.
