TDC1000: We plan to use tdc1000 and tdc1011 Ultrasonic transmission and reception, used to test the thickness of fat, please help to evaluate whether Feasible?

We do not have experience using our ultrasonic device to measure the thickness of fat. The TDC10xx series is primarily used for level sensing and concentration measurements of liquids. Could you provide more detail about the range of thickness you intend to measure (minimum and maximum thickness in mm)?
