TDC1000-C2000EVM software doesn't working

TDC1000-C2000EVM: GUI is not running

Part Number:

I successfully installed the TDC1000-C2000 EVM's GUI with the version of 1.2.0.83 and with following the steps in the board's User's Guide documentation but when i click to run the application, it says "TDC1000_C2000_EVM_Executable has stopped working". I confirm that all the setup files downloaded successfully with no errors. My operating system is Windows 7 (64 bit). Tried to remove and install the GUI again but i have still same error. Also tried to run on Windows 10 (64 bit) and Win 7 (32 bit) but result is same. As an additional solution, tried to run as an administrator but again, application is not running with same error. With the solutions above i could not make it to the result. I am adding the screenshot of what i am getting as an error.

I appreciate any help.

    Thank you for reporting the GUI requirement to set the OS language to English. We will add this note to the TDC FAQ.
