Hi Manoj,
We do not have a skin sensor that directly provides skin type and complexion.
Typically reflective PPG has been known to be sensitive to skin color and hence you may want to look at the optical biosensing analog front end http://www.ti.com/product/AFE44S30 and check to see if that part would suit your application.
