Hi，

I want a chirp completion flag after each chirp, similar to the SOC_XWR16XX_DSS_INTC_EVENT_CHIRP_AVAIL (INT_REQ27) in AWR1642，However, I did not find relevant information in DFP. If DFP does not have this operation, how can I get it through SPI.

Hi Andy,

I do not believe the front-end AWR12/2243 devices support such an interrupt request. And just to be clear, are you looking for a per chirp interrupt to be fired on the SPI HOSTINT signal?

For the front-end devices, typically the host processor is in constant control of the frame start/stop SPI commands and/or directly controls the SYNC_IN trigger. So the host knows if there is framing and how many chirps to expect based on the frame start command.

Hi Randy,

In fact, I would like to know if AWR12/2243 has a mechanism to ensure that the host processing platform is notified immediately after Chirp is completed and that the current Chirp sample data is available.

Hi Andy,

No, the AWR12/2243 firmware does not have this feature. I believe this would have to be handled by the CSI-2 receiver hardware/driver on the host processor.
