AWR1843BOOST: Can't load image into AWR1843BOOST ES2.0 by uniflash

I set SOP jumpers into flash programing mode and check the port number is user port(COM4),

but when I loaded SDK 3.03.00.03 demo image into AWR1843BOOST ES2.0 by uniflash, I got this:

I switch to debug mode and run mmwave studio 2.0,

it shows that device number is 0, RS232 isn't connected,

and NERR LED in AWR1843BOOST turns on with red light.

But I can receive radar detection data in mmwave visualizer 3.2.1.

Power supply is 5.01V.

I tried these steps in both my destop pc and latop, both failed.

Here are other software version informations:

operating system: windows 10

Make sure you specify the correct COM port for your device in the "Settings & Utilities" tab of Uniflash. You need to manually change that before attempting to flash the target application to your device.

I changed the COM port from COM1 to COM4( in my case, it is user port number)

Make sure that no other software programs are attempting to access the "Application/UART" COM port. In Windows particularly, only one program can access a particular COM port at any given time. So if you have multiple programs attempting to access the COM port, this could be why you are seeing an error message when trying to access this port.

Close all other programs and only open Uniflash and attempt to flash the binary.

As a quick reminder, make sure that SOP0 and SOP2 and tied closed, either by jumpers or switch settings depending on your EVM.

I check that, it doesn't have the COM port race problem.

And SOP0 and SOP2 both are '1'

I tried it in my colleague's laptop and it succeeds.

It really is so weird!!!
