We don't have the STEP file available for the IC on its own, but you can find the ZAX (S-PBGA-N25) package drawing at https://www.ti.com/lit/ml/mpbgal6/mpbgal6.pdf?&ts=1589577371291 to create the model.

Alternatively, you can isolate and extract the IC STEP file from the TDC7201-ZAX-EVM Design File.
