I know that TMP75C is a factory-calibrated IC, but I also wonder the recommended calibration cycle. Does it require calibration after several years?

Whether or not the part will require calibration is going to depend on your accuracy requirement and the device operating conditions. Higher temperature operating conditions will accelerate the drift of the temperature readings as described by the Arrhenius equation. IC temperature sensors like the TMP75C usually have extremely low drift when compared to other sensor types like RTDs or Thermistors, but their accuracy does change over time.
For applications where accuracy is strictly controlled, you typically start with a 1-year calibration cycle, and if the system is out of the requirements at that point you would decrease the cycle to 6 months. Similarly, if it is shows very little drift you could increase your calibration cycle to a longer-period.

Our temperature requirement is ±0.5°C from 10°C~60°C. The typical accuracy is ±0.25°C from 0~70°C. Do you have a recommended calibration cycle? Is it 1-year?
May I know the spec of the temperature drift over time?

The TMP75C doesn't have a drift specification, so there wouldn't be a way for me to estimate drift for this device.
We do a newer pin-to-pin version of this part, the TMP1075, that does specify its drift. In general i would recommend the TMP1075 for any new designs wherever possible.
