INA230 VBUS can not detect

Dear TI,

After I connected with GUI, I found one of sensor can not detect voltage of Vbus. Is there any setting on tool need to be noticed?

Could you please explain more about your test setup, schematic, etc? Is this with the INA230 EVM? Are you making sure the VBUS pin is connected your bus rail?
