How is the internal communication between BIST & ARM Cortex internally ?

Any shared memory concept used. Please share the Technical documentation for communicate between the BIST subsystem and Master subsystem

    That is being done over the mailbox memory available on the device.

    You can refer to the mmwave SDK doxygen document for this.
