I bought IWR1642BOOST evaluation board recently in April 2020. Initially it was working but after the firmware was flashed it stopped working. The adapter used was with 5V 4A. After that it was completely not working. Can someone please help me to rectify the evaluation board?

Do you have another EVM that you can use? Have you tried using the correct power adapter?

I do not have another 1642 EVM. But the same adapter was used for IWR1443 EVM. It worked fine. Also the user guide mentions 5V, >2.5 A adapter. Also in the power connections section in user guide it is mentioned "Booster pack is powered by 5V power jack (5A current limit)". So I thought 5V 4A adapter is ok to use.

Dear Connor Desmond,

Thanks for the reply. I already contacted the customer support. From there, I was directed to E2E forum. They told me at first, the EVM was bought from Mouser a TI distributor, So I have to contact Mouser, If the EVM has to be replaced.
