CCS/IWR6843AOP: "IWR6843AOP ES2 board" simulate with the "gesture_recognition" project run error!

Hi:

I use "IWR6843AOP ES2 board" to debug the "gesture_recognition" project in
"C:\ti\mmwave_industrial_toolbox_4_3_0\labs\gesture_recognition\68xx_multi_gesture_and_motion_det\src" by ccs8.3.1.
import "multi_gesture_68xx_aop_dss.projectspec", "multi_gesture_68xx_aop_mss.projectspec".

CCSVersion : "8.3.1"
CGT version: "C:\ti\ti-cgt-c6000_8.3.3"
mmWave SDK: "3.4.0.03".
board version: "IWR6843AOP ES2 board"
simulator: "XDS220"

when I build this project to "bin", and flush it to "IWR6843AOP ES2 board" by Uniflash6.0.
the "IWR6843AOP ES2 board" can recognize the hand move from right to left and the hand move from up to down by the loging UART.
But when I use this project to simulate with "XDS220", I run the project after load, the error comes out.
"Error:MMWDemoMSS mmWave open configuration failed[Error code -204406306]".

what is the error code mean?
And how to make the project work well in simulator?
