Hi there,

We bought two pieces of IWR6843ISK-ODS in this Feb. following the web link in TI through Mouser in China. But the shipped products are ES1 instead of ES2.

They told me they cannot process the replacement for the new product until TI confirms the product has problems. I don't understand the link leads to ES2 indicated by the TI website why the ES1 is sent.

Hi,

If you can, can you please share a picture both boards showing the IC marking? A picture of the serial number marking on both boxes will also be helpful.
