MMWAVEICBOOST: USB interface damaged of the MMWAVEIBOOST after receiving the board

After getting the board out of the package, I found the USB interface damaged of the board, so the USB cable can not be pluged into the interface. Could you help exchange my board with a new one? Thanks.

Hi Vivek,

I've talked with Mouser and they still need a formal confirm from TI that this is an issue and TI commit to replace a new one. It would be helpful to confirm this is an quality issue in this loop. Thankmouser邮件 (1).pdfs.

So you purchased this board at Mouser? In that case we will not be able to help you directly. You need to work with Mouser on this and they can contact their TI sales channel if they need any clarification from TI.
