I have the following problem with IWR6843AOPEVM.
I purchased board in December 2019 and since then was trying to run sample "people counting" lab from industrial toolbox 4.1.0.
As it stands the board I got has silicon rev ES 1.0 and it has multiple issues.
I thought that new SDK will have them fixed, but it seems the board is not supported anymore.

Is there a way to make this sample work on IWR6843AOPEVM with ES 1.0?

Hi Sean,

You really should get an ES2 device, either a AOP or standard board. All of our updates for all of our labs will be on ES2 in the future.

Otherwise, you can try to back-port the current software to the older SDK - 3.2.0.6. The SDK release notes have a section on porting the software, so you could start with these release notes for SDK 3.3, and undo the porting changes required. We do not provide any guide on this.

My customer got the same issue. He purchased the board with silicon revision ES1 and can't use new version of SDK.
