Hello, I met some questions of TIDEP-01012.
I used MMWCAS-DSP-EVM and MMWCAS-RF-EVM and mmwave studio 2.1.1.
I put a corner reflector at about 4m in front of the boards indoors whose RCS should be very very large.
Yes the target was detected but the echo signals are too weak in my viewpoint.
The boards failed to detect other small reflectors and human body.
In addition, the results always reported a fake target at about 12m which is non-existent
because the length of the room is absolutely less than 12m.
Picture 3 is the test souce example.
Picture 1 and 2 are the actual results which I think the echo signals are too weak to be used in my applications.
I just used the default configurations in the matlab files of mmwavestudio.
Is there anything wrong?
