The figure is not visible in the post. But I assume you are asking about the antenna spacing on the AWR1642BOOST EVM. The complete layout database and gerbers files are available on the wepage, https://www.ti.com/tool/AWR1642BOOST.
From the gerber files of layout files you can measure the exact distance and spacing.

Yes, 1642 can do TDM MIMO, and also two Tx can be enabled simultaneously in a chirp. We have a very flexible chirp configuration options programmable by the user. You can find the details in the mmwave SDK documentation. In the chirp configuration you can select each chirp which Tx You want to use (Tx1, Tx2, Tx1+Tx2).
