I have simulated the array of patch antenna and observed that it has a good response in 60 - 62 GHz region. I am using the high accuracy demo for my application. If I reduce my bandwidth from 4 GHz to 2 GHz the range resolution would be reduced, but would it effect the final accuracy of the measurement?

It's largely applicable for our usecase as well, You could refer to below material for the relationship between Range accuracy and SNR.
It can be noted, range resolution is c/2B and typically range accuracy is a small fraction of range resolution.
Hence it's important to have higher SNR to have improved accuracy of the overall Radar system. And SNR could be improved by other means such as higher antenna gain, larger integration time, Higher output power from Tx, Improved receiver gain etc..by considering Radar system parameters.
Hence, in this case, i.e. reduced range resolution condition, if you want to improve accuracy you may need to focus on improving the SNR to improve the Range accuracy.
